The Henrico County Police Division will hold its final rabies vaccination clinic of 2025 for dogs and cats from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturday, Oct. 18 at the Henrico County Western Government Complex, 4301 East Parham Road. Under Virginia law, dogs and cats four months of age and older must be vaccinated for rabies. Licenses are valid for the life of the animal while the owner lives in Henrico and its rabies vaccinations are kept current.
