National Highways have been repairing areas of carriageway on the A64 between Sand Hutton and Whitwell on the Hill over the last two weekends. A spokesperson said: "We've also been renewing worn out road markings on this road and at junctions along this route. "We'll need one further overnight closure in both directions of the A64 between Hopgrove and Claxton. "Motorists travelling eastbound will be diverted at Hopgrove Roundabout onto the A1237, A19, A170 and the A169 back towards the A64, and vice versa for those travelling westbound."
