City of Kelowna invites youth to share voices for a safer city
['Am Staff']
AM 1150
The City of Kelowna is inviting Kelowna youth who are passionate about the future of community safety to share their voices as part of a new municipal Youth Safety Committee.
As part of a city-wide initiative to improve youth safety, the Committee will be a safe, inclusive space where our City’s young people can openly share their concerns, diverse perspectives and contributions towards improving youth safety in Kelowna.
Committee participants will have the opportunity to work together with the City’s RCMP, Fire, Bylaw and Emergency Health Services teams and share their voices, insights and recommendations for improving youth safety across the City.
