From Friday, November 14 until Christmas Eve, Santa’s Grotto will be open on select days for little ones to share their Christmas wishes, with all children receiving an early present. While families can capture the special moment on their phones, there will also be a professional photographer on hand. For those needing a calmer experience, quiet sessions are available to book each Sunday from 11-11:30am, designed to reduce anxiety for children with autism or additional needs. Tickets cost £7.50 per child, plus a £1.50 booking fee per family.
