- Advertisement -FAISALABAD, Oct 02 (APP):Faisalabad Development Authority’s (FDA) One-Window Counter has provided relief to a total of 1,972 applicants over the last nine months. Presiding over a meeting, FDA Director General Muhammad Asif Chaudhry reviewed the performance of One-Window Counter and said that FDA has provided relief to 1972 applicants by redressing their grievances while 85 other applications are currently under progress in various departments. He said that from January to September 2025 the Estate Management-I Department provided prompt service to 1,107 applicants while 626 applications were processed in Town Planning-I. Similarly, departmental services were provided on 178 applications in Town Planning-II whereas action was completed on 61 applications relating to the matters of Katchi Abadis. He expressed satisfaction over counter’s overall performance and directed the FDA staff to ensure responsible implementation of reforms related to the use of modern technology to further improve the speed of service delivery.
