But when the claims involve a supposed federal investigation into the Kardashian family, the famous mother and daughter decided to draw the line. According to PEOPLE on Wednesday, Oct. 1, attorney Alex Spiro filed the suit on behalf of Kardashian and Jenner after Kim’s ex-boyfriend, Ray J made serious public accusations. Ray J continued referencing Kardashian in music and media for years. The old Ray J is dead.
