Six staff from N-Gen Energy Solutions joined forces with the Friends of Bowling Park to improve the site, painting benches, repairing the Three Bears picnic table, and clearing rubbish. The project was supported by Better Place Bradford’s urban ranger Kristian Eastwood, along with volunteers from East and West Bowling. Bowling Park was chosen for the scheme due to its proximity to the Birkshall Gas Site, where N-Gen is investing in a major hydrogen project. George Taylor, volunteer with Friends of Bowling Park, added: "These volunteer days are so good for the park and our morale; having the extra people power to achieve bigger tasks makes a significant impact."
