Majority of Carmarthenshire businesses feeling negative about future

This follows a new survey of 159 town centre businesses in the county , which found that 58.5 per cent of respondents have a negative outlook.
Other key findings from the survey include:- 78.6 per cent support the undoing of the Westminster Labour Government's increases in employer national insurance.
Just 6.3 per cent of businesses felt "very positive" about the future, while 18.9 per cent were "fairly positive."
A further 36.5 per cent described their outlook as "quite negative," and 22 per cent felt "very negative."
Just 13.8 per cent felt rates were "OK as they are."
