3 Horizons has obtained an air operator's certificate (AOC) from the Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority (NCAA), authorising it to conduct passenger and cargo charter services. DANA holds a Nigerian AOC and operates charter services for the oil and gas sector and the United Nations World Food Programme with an all-turboprop fleet, comprising a Do228-100, three Do328-100s, a DHC-8-Q400, and a Beech 1900D. The company also provides aircraft maintenance. It is unclear whether 3 Horizons certified with any of DANA's aircraft. ch-aviation reached out to 3 Horizons, DANA, and the NCAA, but received no response.
