ALEXANDRIA — Two opportunities are available Oct. 7 for Douglas County and Central Minnesota residents to learn about the impacts of extreme weather and to share their stories of past experiences with damage, insurance and recovery.
Minnesota Interfaith Power and Light, Minnesota Department of Commerce, West Central Initiative and Douglas County Emergency Management are coordinating these events.
ADVERTISEMENT“We know extreme weather is changing how we must prepare for and recover from damaging events,” Julia Nerbonne, MNIPL executive director, said in a press release.
