On Saturday, October 11, the Trowbridge Apple Festival will take place from midday to 3pm in Trowbridge Town Park. The festival first took place in 2012 at Courtfield House and has only missed two years - one for Covid and one for a storm which stopped marquees going up. The festival will see apple tasting, juice making, games, and other free activities, as well as live music and Morris dancing. The festival is free to attend and funded by grants and donations to the festival organisers The BIG Community Grow. “We normally get a great selection of bakes and the judges taste them not know who has baked what - sometimes children have beaten the adults and vice versa!
