Abedi Mofrad, 35, has denied one count of raping a girl and one count of assault by penetration. The complainant, who was 15 at the time and 17 now, was cross-examined by defence barrister Tamsin Graham. The girl was asked if the defendant 'fingered her'. The complainant was asked about a photo of her kissing Abedi Mofrad and if it was consensual. The jury was shown another photo, this time of the complainant in the Westgate, appearing to be posing.
