The incident occurred earlier Thursday morning during a rehearsal for a skincare task, when tensions flared between Faith and Sultana, resulting in Sultana twisting her ankle. Matters escalated when Faith pulled a basket containing task materials, causing Sultana to fall and injure her hand as well. Although fellow housemate Kaybobo attempted to intervene by taking the basket from Faith, the disagreement continued. Frustrated by the conflict, Sultana stated she could no longer work with Faith in the same group.
