A virtual workshop at Middlesex College will teach food business owners about funding and kitchen space on Oct. 23. The free Zoom session starts at 11 a.m. and runs for 90 minutes. The New Jersey Economic Development Authority and Commission on Science Innovation and Technology will outline their funding programs. Small food businesses can cook in these spaces instead of spending big money on their own facilities. Food business owners can now access multiple resources in one streamlined session.
