Written, directed, and produced by Begos alongside Mercer and Ethier, Jimmy & Stiggs follows an out of work filmmaker (also played by Begos), who spirals into a bender and claims to have been abducted by aliens. When he fears they’ll return to take him once more, he recruits his old friends Stiggs (Mercer) to help him gear up for war against the little grey men. “It was the biggest expense of the movie, but you cannot replicate the authenticity,” Mercer says of the experience.
