According to the Vicksburg Police Department, officers were called to the gym around 8:19 a.m. Tuesday, Sept. 23, after a female patron reported finding the device. Bearrick appeared in Vicksburg Municipal Court on Monday, Sept. 29, before Judge Angela Carpenter on a charge of secretly photographing for lewd purposes or invading privacy through unauthorized recording. His bond was set at $200,000. He has been transported to the Warren County Jail, pending presentation to a grand jury.
