The family of 31-year-old Joe Millard described him as the "heart of the family" and said he was loved by many. Joe's mum has paid tribute to him on behalf of their family and said: "Our family is broken at the loss of our beautiful Joe. He was a loving son, brother, grandson, cousin and nephew, and was at the heart of our family. He had a beautiful soul and was loved by many - his loss will be felt by everyone that knew him." Officers said Joe was found unresponsive inside the property and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene.
