The Ghana Education Service (GES) has interdicted Mfo Richard Tibetor, a teacher at Okadjakrom Senior High Technical School in the Jasikan Municipality of the Oti Region, over alleged sexual misconduct with a female student. GES described the act as unacceptable, unethical, and a violation of the professional code of conduct for teachers. As a result, Mr. Tibetor has been interdicted and prohibited from entering the school premises while investigations continue. The Service assured parents, guardians, and the general public that the safety and protection of students remain its top priority. GES reaffirmed its commitment to discipline, professionalism, and child protection across all schools in the country.
