Fungi Fest returns to Crossroads at Big Creek Oct. 4.
The Door Peninsula Mushroom Club welcomes mushroom growers, vendors, artisans and enthusiasts to its Fall Fungi Fest at Crossroads at Big Creek on Saturday, Oct. 4, from 9 am – 2 pm.
The same day, at 2 pm, a Science Saturday program will explore Crossroads’ forest edges in search of signs of fall.
Monday, Oct. 6 will bring a movie matinee to Crossroads at 1:30 pm, when a snowy owl documentary will be screened.
Also on Oct. 8, at 1:30 pm, a naturalist-led Wandering Wednesday hike will go through Crossroads.
