Virgin Media customers warned after new £4 a month hike decisionThe broadband and TV provider recently finished bottom of a Which? The consumer watchdog's survey revealed that larger providers such as BT, Sky, TalkTalk and Virgin Media were outperformed by Zen Internet, Plusnet and Utility Warehouse. Furthermore, Virgin Media performed poorly in Which? Virgin Media moved to 24-month minimum contracts earlier this year, meaning customers will face the annual price increase twice. Virgin Media customers then faced an increase of £3.50 per month – adding £42 per year to their bill.
