According to a letter dated October 2, 2025, from Otti’s lawyer, SAN Dr. Sonny Ajala, Chikamnayo repeatedly published posts on his Facebook page, including claims that Otti is a “confirmed criminal and disaster” and a “looting governor.”Otti is seeking a public apology, retraction of all posts on the same Facebook wall and in four national newspapers, and an undertaking to stop further defamatory publications.
Ajala described the posts as “false, malicious, and damaging” to the governor’s reputation.
The lawyer has yet to respond, but Otti’s team warned that legal action will follow if the demands are not met within seven days.
