The small car park at Colne Road in Oakworth is one of dozens of Bradford Council-owned assets that are being sold off as the authority looks to balance its books. The car park, which measures 518 square metres and has enough space for six vehicles, was initially due to go under the hammer at a Pugh property auction in June -when it had a guide price of £48,000. The guide price for the car park is now £35,000. The listing says whoever buys the site must keep it as a car park for at least five years. At the previous auction there was a condition that it needed to remain a car park for at least 10 years.
