The Women’s Cancer Awareness event will be led by Bradford Teaching Hospitals’ gynaecology and breast cancer nurse specialists and screening teams. They are joining forces with the Islam Bradford Centre Sisters’ group and Muslim cancer charity, Safeena. It will take place at the Islam Bradford Centre on October 12 after Dhuhr at 1.30pm. Speakers will discuss elements of staying well, self-care, screening and support when affected by cancer.
