Mbalula stressed that ANC members would not associate with allegedly dubious businessman Brown Mogotsi, who has been linked to alleged crime boss and murder-accused Vusimuzi “Cat” Matlala. “We will never associate ourselves with characters like Brown Mogotsi if he’s a member of the ANC and his activities.
