Pride Hotels Limited has officially filed its Draft Red Herring Prospectus (DRHP) with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) for an Initial Public Offering (IPO).
According to the Horwath Report, the company ranks as the sixth-largest hotel chain in the country by chain-owned inventory, spanning upscale, upper midscale, and midscale segments.
Pride Hotels intends to list its equity shares on both the Bombay Stock Exchange (BSE) and the National Stock Exchange (NSE), providing investors access to one of India’s most dynamic hospitality brands.
Established over 38 years ago, Pride Hotels operates under the Pride Hotels and Resorts brand, with a strong footprint across India.
By pursuing its IPO, Pride Hotels aims to modernize its assets, strengthen its balance sheet, and position itself competitively in India’s expanding midscale and upscale hotel markets.
