Emergency services were called to Bell Hill Road, St George, at approximately 10.25pm on Monday, September 29 after reports of a fire. Avon and Somerset Police say both men remain in a critical but stable condition. A spokesperson for Avon and Somerset Police said: "A second person has been arrested in connection with a caravan fire in Bristol earlier this week.
