Instead of using your usual study methods (and getting the same results you always get, for better or worse) this is the year to level up. There are plenty of great ways to review and retain material, but to use them, you have to give up your bad habits first. After or instead of that, try using active recall, a method that requires you to dig information out of your short-term memory to help that information stick around longer. You’re more productive when you take breaks, so try using the Pomodoro method to schedule those breaks consistently.
