As they say, ‘It Just Means More’ in the SEC — and this was once again reflected in last week’s television ratings. The marquee game in the SEC on Saturday night was between the Alabama Crimson Tide and Georgia Bulldogs. Even with that challenge though, the early returns on the ratings reflected the showdown in the South dwarfing the one up north. Early TV returns show the SEC battle in Athens outperformed the Big Ten's premiere game. Monitoring the rest of the way for the big SEC games versus Big 10 is going to be something fans pay close attention to and beat their chest over all year long.
