North Wales Police said a 33-year-old delivery van driver had been arrested on suspicion of causing death by dangerous driving. In an update today (Thursday), a police spokesperson said: "The driver who was arrested in connection with the fatal RTC (road traffic collision) in Bangor has been released under investigation as enquiries continue."
