The incident happened at around 11:20 pm on Monday, September 15, on Denton Street or Norfolk Street. It involved the cyclist and a grey Volkswagen Golf. Anyone who saw a grey Volkswagen Golf in the area at the time, or who saw the collision, is asked to contact PC Salmons.
