A 70-year-old Arizona woman battling breast cancer had her wish granted when she was given floor tickets to see Nine Inch Nails perform live. Nine Inch Nails, the industrial rock band founded by Trent Reznor in 1988, are known for their dark, heavy sound that blends electronic music with rock and metal. A fan of Tool, A Perfect Circle, and Linkin Park, she has long considered Nine Inch Nails her favorite band, even marking the fandom with a tattoo of their “NIN” logo on her arm. Through the program, Carla secured floor seats for Nine Inch Nails’ September 16 concert in Phoenix, part of the group’s Peel It Back Tour. From the Footprint Center floor, she was able to watch Trent Reznor and company perform just a few feet away, a bucket-list experience delivered at just the right time.
