Latin music stars will light up Newark's Clinton Avenue Soundstage at the South Ward Rumba Latina Festival on Sept. 27. The free show kicks off at 2 p.m., running until 7 p.m. at 450 Clinton Ave. Working side by side, South Ward Councilman Patrick O. Fresh from winning the Premio Soberano award, Los Hermanos Moreno brings their electric salsa sound. Since the 1960s, their infectious rhythms have won hearts worldwide, with smash hits "Mi Cucu" and "La Vela Encendida" still moving crowds today.
