Carterwas an incredibly hard worker and took pride in his career as ameticulous interior painter and installer of high-end windowtreatments. He won over his clients with his charm, reliability,attention to detail and professionalism, and over the years manycustomers became friends. Noone loved a good argument more, and whether you agreed with him ornot, you had to admire his fighting spirit and always walked awayfriends. Carter was predeceased by his belovedmother, Evelyn Biddle.
