Spider-Man: Brand New Day is pausing production for a week after Tom Holland was injured on the set last Friday. As Rolling Stone previously confirmed, the actor suffered a mild concussion and took a break from filming out of an abundance of caution. A rep for Holland did not immediately return Rolling Stone‘s request for comment. Spider-Man: Brand New Day will be the fourth edition in the franchise, and while Jon Watts directed Holland in the previous three Spider-Man films, the upcoming movie is being helmed by Destin Daniel Cretton.
