The University of Montana is selling the 6,869-square-foot home, which has served as the official residence for its presidents since 1974. The property was listed for $2.995 million earlier this month. Built in 1928, the six-bedroom, six-bathroom home has been updated through the years, said Dawn Maddux of Engel & Völkers Western Frontier, the listing agent.
