On my computer, two tabs were open: the YES course registration system and the infamous Rate My Professors.
On the surface, Rate My Professors seems great.
This imbalance drastically hinders the whole idea of Rate My Professors and may cause inaccurate results.
Although rare, there have been instances of professors boosting their rating on Rate My Professors or having certain reviews taken down.
The problems of Rate My Professors will still exist, but there are some alternatives to reduce the response bias.
