Local News, News, Politics October 2nd, 2025Residents across Newfoundland and Labrador will cast ballots today to vote for councillors and mayors. Polls will be open in most areas from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Eligible voters will be required to show a valid identification card. This does not apply to the City of St. John’s, which rescheduled their election to October 8.
