Derek Collins, from Stevenston, was last spotted in Ardrossan around 11am on September 29 and was reported missing on Wednesday. However, in an update on Thursday, September 2, police confirmed he has since been traced. A spokesperson said: "Derek Collins, aged 68, who was missing from North Ayrshire, has been traced.
