Officers rushed to the scene following the incident at Bells Bar on Springburn Way at around 11pm on Friday, September 26. He used crutches but when he left the pub and made his way towards Hillkirk Street, he did not use them. Shocking footage from the scene showed the suspect making his way over to a table before pulling a footlong blade from behind his back. Blood appears to splatter across the walls above the table as the victim attempts to shield his face from the machete.
