Hillingdon Times | News
Sonny Kaushal, 37, director of Airtime Parking Ltd, was also ordered to repay more than £725,000, following an investigation by Hillingdon Council’s trading standards team.
In earlier proceedings, the court heard how Airtime Parking was advertised as offering ‘safe and secure’ vehicle storage with security fences, CCTV and 24-hour security patrols.
The court was told how some cars had been damaged while under the care of Airtime Parking and some had even received parking tickets.
Judge HHJ Edmunds KC made a confiscation order against Kaushal and Airtime Parking Limited under the Proceeds of Crime Act to the value of currently available assets of £708,606.
