A Middletown man was killed Wednesday evening in a motorcycle crash on Route W in Audrain County, less than half a mile south of County Road 532. The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported the crash happened at 7:40 p.m. on October 1, 2025. A 58-year-old man from Middletown was driving a 2015 Harley Davidson CVO Street Glide Special southbound when the motorcycle traveled off the right side of the road. March investigated the crash with assistance from the Audrain County Sheriff’s Office. The patrol noted this was Troop F’s first fatal crash in October and its 36th for the year 2025.
