Adonis Cowan, 34, and Martin Maher, 44, from Caerphilly did not enter any pleas after appearing before Judge Carl Harrison at Cardiff Crown Court.
A provisional trial date of December 1, 2026 was set with a time estimate of three days.
Cowan has been charged with offering to supply cannabis while Maher has been charged with being concerned in the supply of cannabis, possession with intent to supply cannabis and production of cannabis.
Cowan, of Heol Cae Maen, and Maher, of Oakfield Street, Llanbradach were granted unconditional bail.
The defendants were represented by Andrew Davies and James Evans and the prosecution by Abdallah Barakat.
