Mr. Chandran R is registered with IBBI as a valuer of Land and Building with the Registration number IBBI/RV/04/2019/10668. 2.3 However, pursuant to the initial report, Mr. Chandran R has submitted a revised valuation report on 28.10.2019 for the CD. This was recorded both in his initial report dated 29.05.2019 and also in his revised report dated 28.10.2019. It is observed that in the said valuation report, Mr. Chandran had mentioned that he has perused copy of the letter from Adv. 3.2 Accordingly, the Authority suspends the registration of Mr. Chandran R (IBBI/RV/04/2019/10668) as a Registered valuer for a period of two years.
