DUBLIN, Ireland: House prices in Ireland continued to climb in July, though the pace of growth eased slightly, according to the latest figures from the Central Statistics Office (CSO).
The national median price for a home stood at 374,999 euros.
At the county level, the highest median price over the 12 months to July 2025 was 675,000 euros in Dún Laoghaire-Rathdown.
Donegal and Leitrim recorded the lowest median price, at 195,000 euros.
Industry experts said the slight moderation in price growth would be welcomed by potential buyers but cautioned against reading too much into the figures.
