In the opening remarks, Munkhzul.L, State Secretary of the Ministry of Family, Labour and Social Protection (MFLSP), and Naransukh.D, Chairman of OSHC, emphasized the importance of the training and the need of the OSH trainers in SMEs.

The sessions were facilitated by Yuka Ujita, senior OSH specialist of the ILO, based on the Learner's Handbook and Trainer's Guide for "Improving occupational safety and health in small and medium-sized enterprises", ILO’s training manuals.
During the training, participants shared their experiences and identified hazards at the training venue, working in groups.
