By Latheef Farook –Diverting the world attention from Israel’s ongoing medieval barbarity in Gaza several western countries which planted Israel in Palestine began recognizing the state of Palestine. In the aftermath of World War I Britain ruled Palestine through a League of Nations mandate from 1922 to 1948. United Nations member countries were bribed and blackmailed to pass a resolution to partition Palestine to create illegal state of Israel. With the British and French recognition, Palestine will soon enjoy the support of four of the UN Security Council’s five permanent members. What does it mean to “recognize” Palestine at this hour?
