Paul Jack was found with 62 category B indecent images of children and 1,323 category C pictures after police went to his home in Cess Road, Martham, in July. He added that "custody clearly hasn't worked" for Jack, who was first sent to prison for indecent images in 2007, for seven months, and then again in 2021, for two years. In addition, he was ordered to pay a £114 victim surcharge and police will destroy the phone that was seized.
