Mike DeWine’s property tax working group has finally released its recommendations after months of deliberation, and the hosts of Today in Ohio said that every one of them would help lead to the dismantling of public schools in the state.
In Tuesday’s episode, cleveland.com editor Chris Quinn offered a blistering critique of the 20 recommendations that emerged from Governor Mike DeWine’s appointed property tax working group.
Instead of addressing the root causes of Ohio’s property tax crisis, Quinn argues the proposals merely shift the pain onto public schools.
