COVENTRY City moved up to second in the Championship table with a dominant 4-0 win away at Millwall. The result lifts Coventry up to second in the Championship table, two points behind leaders Middlesbrough, as the Sky Blues stretched their unbeaten run in the league to eight matches. The visitors went close early on as Victor Torp’s effort on the stretch deflected onto the post. The Sky Blues added some gloss to the scoreline two minutes from time when Kesler-Hayden exchanged passes with van Ewijk and saw his effort deflect into the net. Coventry are next in action against Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, October 4 with kick-off at 12.30pm at Hillsborough.
