nstaVolt, the UK’s leading ultra-rapid EV charging network, has completed the first installation in a planned nationwide upgrade programme, replacing two 50kW chargers with a single 120kW ultra-rapid unit at Chineham Business Park in Basingstoke. The upgraded charger delivers significantly faster charging speeds in a wider bay designed to be more accessible. The faster charging speeds help minimise wait times, making the experience quicker and more convenient for drivers. The site will benefit local EV drivers who regularly use the location, including commuters, business park employees and users of neighbouring facilities. This milestone marks the start of a multi-million-pound investment designed to enhance the speed, reliability and convenience of EV charging across the country.
